- `lib/services/analyzer/itglue-search.test.ts` — 2 failing assertions
(`tolerates per-call failures` test) observed during `npm test` run for
plan 22-03. Unrelated to `components/ui/tooltip.tsx`,
`components/phishing/url-list.tsx`, or `components/phishing/evidence-card.tsx`.
Not fixed per deviation-rules scope boundary (pre-existing failure in an
unrelated file). Flagging for follow-up.
