fix: remove hardcoded sm:max-w-lg from DialogContent so className overrides work

- Removed sm:max-w-lg default that was overriding max-w-7xl in DetailModal
- DialogContent now respects whatever max-w class is passed via className
- Fixes data browser detail modal not widening as expected
